I have never experienced worse customer service in my entire life. We waited over 30 minutes for our food after ordering and we were the only people in the entire restaurant. The waitress had an attitude and was extremely rude. She also charged our bill with an extra meal that we did not order. After politely asking if she could remove the unnecessary charge from our bill, she refused and went to get the owner of Wacky Wingz. After again politely asking him to remove the charge from our bill of the meal that we DID NOT ORDER, he refused saying it wasn't his fault. He implied that it was our fault that we got charged with a meal that we did not order. How is that even possible? Do we, the customers, control the computer that the bills are printed off of? No, so after the owner of this restaurant argued with his customers for over 5 minutes about charging them for a meal they didn't order, he finally removed the charge from our bill, and we left Wacky Wingz never to return again. And I advise you to do the same, or you are guaranteed to receive TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE like my family and I did.
