We've been eating here through two name changes! Always friendly faces, but we go for the food. Soups, desserts, and specials are homemade. We each got the parmesan crusted chicken on our last visit. It was a special and not a regular menu item. It was so good we almost ordered two dinners to go so we could have it again soon. If you stop during the summer, order the strawberry shortcake. Huge piece and delicious.

CONSISTENT, quality food/meals, and EVEN 'nice presentations' with The Blue Bird's more high end selections; like their 'Delish' sweet scallops & their coconut Shrimp dinners. Steaks look great, as do Burger/Chicken platters :) "Homecooked" Venu. Try it! Impressive Diner with excellent menu variety!! Hardworking Chefs & Wait Staff. *****

If you want a place to eat that has food like Mom used to cook, The Blue Bird is home away from home. Great food with a great price. The specials are always a favorite of the locals. 5 STAR everyday.

We have ordered from the BB every week since we opened our business 4 years ago. It just gets better and better! Everything on the menu is delicious and the prices can't be beat! Home cooking at it's best! Love the Blue Bird!
