The food is a greasy sloppy mess. And the driver that delivered my food was very rude and nasty towards me. I do not recommend this Chinese place

Speaking from a customer Service Stand Piont, this business is not very apt to the "Treat your customers good". A

Let me be brief but help you to understand my frustration.

The end of my term in college, been busting the books all day.. Finally I get hungry.

I call this Chinese restaraunt that I love, because of the good taste in their food.

I buy $10 worth of food. The lady taking the order states that I would have to buy one more thing to get it delivered because it is a $12.00 minimum. So, I say well than give me a Pepsi and a red bull. The total is now $20.00. I get my food and no drinks.

I call for my drinks to be sent to me... She says I don't get a drink. I explained to her what she just said to me an hour ago as far as my order... I calmy ask her to please just send my drinks.. She then states that I am not getting a drink and starts yelling at me. "You want a free drink, is that it?" I say mam, this is what I ordered. I added to the order so it could be delivered.. She said still yelling "you didn't get a drink". I than knew I wasn't getting anywhere and as for the manager. She keeps on telling me I did not order a drink. At this point there is no talking... I took her tone and said Please let me speak to your manager... She said no he is not here.


BADDDDD! Never been treated so rudely.
