What happened to this place.the food use to be edible,the last few times I ordered! It has just gotten terrible! I thought maybe they were just having an off day,but three times in a row. I can't take any more chances,seems like they are just using low cost,low quality food. I can't put into words how bad it has gotten.thanks but no thanks

Never again, tired of eating crap hoagies ,yea save on the pick three special and get razor thin meat if that's what it was called,, and a crappy pizza the only thing that wasn't that bad was the canned sauce,, they couldn't put there touch on that, it was straight out the can,,maybe add some salt it's pretty cheap,, tried them like ,3 times and always was some disapointment no more,, ya got me for the last time

Their food now is terrible.
It was awesome when they had two shops, and actually cared.
I can not stress how terrible their pizza is now. I had better for from unimart. I cannot believe anyone would back them.
One the bright side, no one orders from them, so you're crappie food will be hot and fresh.

Ordering take out / delivery from E Town Pizza is as easy as 1,2,3. 1). Fast, quick friendly service, 2). We have tried darn near the entire menu over the years and have never had anything that we just did not like. Juice's E Town seasoning is rocking the taste buds. 3). "Price is Right" and great customer service. All I can say is try it for yourself and you will be hooked on E Town Pizza.

In effort to keep fair/realistic, It is a pizza shop, not a five star restaurante. I typically place an order 2 or 3 times a month, always for delivery. Primarily pizza, fries, burger, gyro, chicken strips, breadsticks - thats about it. People who answer phone have never been rude, rushed but not rude. They alwasy say about 45-50 minutes, we are busy. Usually delivers in about 30 minutes, on occasion the whole 45-50 minutes is needed and only once fifteen minutes late. Have never forgotten part of the order. Food has always been up to temperature. Drivers have always been clean, polite and you dont feel threatened in anyway, they dont come across shady or criminal. Food has been pretty consistent over past 1 to 1-1/2, pretty good. Like i said, it is a pizza joint. In that time frame,i recall ONE time i wasnt happy with the pizza but i also did not call and tell them and give them a chance to make right. I wont order breadstix ever again from there, HOWEVER, i think it is becasue of the way they are made, not a bad order or two - i have ordered breadstix approx 5 times and hated them each time, too greasy for my taste - but like I said, since each time it was like that, I think it is just how they make them. Pizza joint food, timely delivery, very good burgers, pretty decent selection of food, clean and nice delivery people, rushed on the phone but not rude.....As far as pizza joints go in the valley, I would put them at top of the list - no real complaints and pretty good food.
I am not related, dont work there, never did, dont know anyone who does or did work there and I have nothing to gain or lose by giving either a good or bad report - just my own observation of a place I purchase food from to give you a fair and good idea of what to expect if you choose to order.

The French fries tasted like they were from the day before. The wings tasted old and re-heated. The Pizza sauce is really nasty. The steak hoagie really bland. Overall,I say this place needs chef Ramsey to come in and help them be better. Before I ordered I seen another bad review. Jus 1. Despite that I order due to ate there before. The food has changed tremendously. I can safely say ,I'll never order from them again. 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎I've spend my money on much tastier, nasty food. Oh..the the pizza was weighed down by all the boxes that the driver sat on top of it, leaving a great deal of the cheese on the top of the box.

Recently I called E-Town Pizza thru the PA Relay Service then your female employee answered so PA Relay Service asked her if your employees received a relay call and she said "Yes I don't accept them Sorry" then she hung up. She answered is rude. I feel it is discriminated because I am deaf. I usually call any places thru the PA Relay Service all the times but this time it is my first time to hear what your female employee said "I don't accept them". She needs grow up and should respect to accept any relay call What's the matter with her? I feel she should be fired for not accepting any relay calls.

I have been ordering from this pizza shop since they've opened... always good food and good service, but this last year has been terrible!!!!!! The people answering the phone are RUDE and they take an hour and a half to travel a couple miles down the road/ Also the food isn't as good as it has been in the past. We called to complain about a sandwich having barely no meat on it and they hung up!
Not sure if it's the new employees, but I don't see this place lasting very long
