The food was absolutely amazing! Would have given 5 stars but we were stuck with a terrible server. Giving 2 stars because the food was spot on! If it wasn't for the food we would have given zero stars! Heather ignored our needs! Spoke with one of the several hostesses and asked for assistance or a new server. All that accomplished was seeing our server finally with an attitude! Sat with drinks empty! When she finally did talk to us she blamed the bartender for our absent drinks. If I'm going to spend $100 I'd like to have good service! We had to flag down another server and the guy that served our food ended up getting us refills and condiments! No manager or hostess bothered checking on us. They knew we were very disappointed in our service but they didn't seem to care. Some attention to the problem would've went along way!!! Heather was finally active when it was time to clear our plates along with the check! Which was another slap in the face! She earned herself a zero tip!

We went there last night to celebrate mine and a friends birthday,HORRIBLE! I ordered a steak med well,a baked potato,and a salad, the salad was so so,when the steak arrived,it was very rare,and there was a sweet potato,garnished with sour cream.I had sent the potato back before I cut into the steak,the waitress was so nice,and apologized,once I cut into the steak and found it to be barely cooked,I sent it back too.When they returned with the steak,it was the steak I had sent back,cooked again.The waitress again apologized,it was the manager that brought the steak back out to me,as soon as I opened the box up and seen it was the same steak,my appetite was gone,and to top it off,as we were getting ready to leave,we got our bill,was waiting on the waitress to return with change,and the baked potato showed up.I am like,WOW.My wife and I ate there a few times before, and it was very good,this was the last time we go there,the wait staff is very friendly,the manager was nice,but the kitchen sucks.I felt like I was in the movie Waiting.I would never re cook a dish to serve to a customer,it should have been done from scratch, the place was busy,and I understand,mistakes happen,but to re serve an already cooked steak was not only a mistake,but cost them a customer as we will never go back.I would not recommend this place to anyone,sorry to be harsh,but all I could think was how many other orders get re cooked after being served to the public environment.yuk

The food is good but inconsistent and service is disorganized. I ordered chicken strips and got deep fried chicken breasts instead. Far from the expected finger food for dipping. It was also served 2 minutes after receiving my salad, so it was cold by the time I was ready to enjoy it. The only thing worse than a cold chicken strip is a big cold greasy deep fried chicken breast. My husbands appetizer was brought to the table 10 minutes before my salad. Seems the waitress takes your order then the kitchen idiots bring out the food as soon as it is ready. One hand is not talking to the other in this eistablishment. The restaruant is very close to home so we will be going back, but would not recommend anyone travel a long distance for the below average service.
