Sorry to hear about your experience there. Maybe he wasn't having a good day when you were there. I was a former employee at this place for 6 years working with Hugo, and he is a GREAT guy. He as well as everyone else there works their -ss off every single day to keep that place running and business going, just like anybody else would. The customers that come in to eat or take out are regulars and always keep coming back so he must be doing something right! Always making mistakes? So you must be perfect, right? Dont like it, dont go back. Simple as that. No need to go ripping into somebody cause you "heard" stuff or went in and had a bad experience.

This is by far the freaking worst place I have ever been to and eaten at!
the food was horrible, and cold the manager Hugo Esquivel had a bad attitude and was not very happy to be waiting on his customers!
He is no good plus I heard thru several of his present and past employees that he lies to people, and lied to his former Business partner, a really nice guy. he lied because he is not even legally in the country he is an "Illegal Alien" (No Papers), can you say LA MIGRA or ICE, or INS?
He also drinks while cooking the food, that's why he's always making a mistake, and he drives drunk after work, wow can you say DUI!
Please be very cautious when you eat there all of the employees are illegal as well, he's shady always trying to sell his Business until the other people's lawyer finds out what's going on, be very careful with HUGO!
