Cheese always slides off the pizza and is watery. What happened to a traditional 8 slice pizza? You now get 16 slices... sometimes more sometimes less. And the back of the parking lot looks like a used car dealership with junk vehicles?

This OIP was great. I drive 16 miles to get there pizza, because the one in shamokin is terrible. Well... things have changed..I got one there yesterday and it was terrible. Iit,s like it wasnt picked up by someone else, and they just threw it back in the oven to warm it up. It wasnt fresh. You guys pulled the same thing that the shamokin OIP pulled. IT WAS NOT A FRESH PIZZA. You just lost my business.

On Saturday, September 12, 2015, my mother and I were watching football so we decided to order a pizza from OIP rather than cook. It was about 3:04 p.m. and I called the local OIP and spoke with a gentleman with a very thick accent. I told him I would like to place an order and I would be picking it up. He asked me what I wanted and I told him a medium pizza with extra cheese. He stated my phone number and I told him that was correct and he told me to pick it up in 20 minutes. I went down and went in to the store and got behind a woman who apparently had also ordered a medium pie. They took the pie down off the oven and never even looked at the receipt to see if it were hers or mine. When she left, he asked me what I wanted and I told him I was there to pick up the pie I ordered. He said there was no order for me and then took out a pamphlet asked if I were SURE I called the right place. I know the number here by heart and I knew his voice from the call. HE was the one who took the order. Once he acted so ignorant and condescending, I got pretty peeved. I asked again, where is my pie and he said, "I don't know." He then said he would put in another one and it would take about 10-15 minutes more. This wouldn't usually be a problem, but my mother was watching both of our dogs and if they act up, she can't do anything. She can't walk too well and I don't usually leave her alone with them. I may not have looked happy, but I told him, I guess I had no choice if I wanted to eat I'd have to wait. There was another employee back by the ovens who had heard this entire thing going on and between the two of them, I got more dirty looks and more glares than you can imagine. That takes alot of nerve considering THEY were the ones at fault here. When my pie was finally done, he took it out of the oven and slid it into the box but it didn't lay right so the cheese was going everywhere. He waited until he closed the oven door and put down the wooden spatula and then FINALLY straightened out the pie. When I checked out, not once did they say they were sorry and they didn't offer any kind of a discount for the inconvenience. Now I'm not saying I should have gotten a freebie or anything, but something for the inconvenience, maybe a bag of chips or a soda or something. Anyway, when I got home and opened up the pie, it was a HUGE mess. The underside was done and there was alot of cheese, however, there were no guidelines to cut it since he let it run all over AND the crust was NOT done since he couldn't wait to get rid of me. I loved going over there for pizza and for wings and especially for cheesesteaks, but I won't be going anytime soon with that kind of treatment. I just wanted people to know if you call in an order, make sure you get someone other than the young man who can hardly speak English. He's not that smart and cannot remember orders and he is outright rude and nasty.
