My family attends your restaurant often. It is my favorite in Mobile, AL. We were celebrating my daughter's college graduation. Called ahead at around 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, May 11, 2019. Some of my party arrived around 3:00p.m. and went to the front desk to let Terri know the rest of the party would we arriving shortly. I arrive at 3:15 and was told by Terri that if the entire party was not there at that time, she would have give our seats to some one else. I told her all the others would be there at the original time of 3:45. She became very rude and finally placed us in the back of the restaurant by the restroom where we were crowded around 3 separate tables. This ruined my daughter's special day. My family will never visit your restaurant again. The one bright spot of the afternoon was our server Kristen. Thank you Kristen for you hard work and understanding. Maybe she needs a raise!

you'll probably have to wait to get seated on weekends, but their meals & burgers are the best in town! been eating there now for over four years & never had poor service or anything that i didn't enjoy! best prime rib in town! fresh salads, great chilli, hot rolls, lots of cold ice tea or beef to choose from too! call ahead if you don't want to wait & watch for the girls dancing in the isles too! enjoy!!!
