Review: Worst service EVER from manager Lisa-----We were one of 4 cars waiting to the side for food in drive-thru, even though restaurant was not that busy. Waited 15 minutes only to receive part of our order and that part was incorrect. Waited another 10 minutes to receive the rest of the order and that was incorrect also. On top of that we were told that the order was taken incorrectly to start with and we owed another $0.50 for cheese. We have now been waiting 30 minutes, our order was incorrect twice and the manager Lisa is refusing to put cheese on the burger unless I pay another $0.50. Lisa was very rude and did not seem to care when I said I was going to report her to corporate. While still waiting for burger to made correctly, after I had to pay $0.50 for cheese, another customer came in whose order was also incorrect; surprise, surprise. Lisa's attitude and lack of customer service skills have cost her company a customer forever over $0.50, but I somehow think she could care less, Burger King should be proud. My advice, "Go To Whataburger".

Review: If you want nasty food at a slow pace then the Burger King on Troup highway will please you. Employees can barely speak English. Very slow service when they aren't even busy. It took almost 10 minutes to get our food. The onion rings tasted horrible as well. Will not be returning.
