we were there yesterday----middle afternoon. The place was not crowded---we were told to sit wherever--

We had a very friendly waitress----ordered and with our food came about a dozen hungry flies!!!! We tried to eat but it took so much effort to keep the flies off our food---I finally put some food on a napkin and put it across

the table from us--to lure them away so we could try to eat---worked a little----finally had to leave our food and

leave----I know flies can be a problem----one pesky one maybe----not an army!!!!

So sad as Georges is one of our favorite places!

The food is good. In response to the others guys review about them not taking care of the wait staff I would have to say its cause they suck. The food is good but the waitresses are horrible they do nothing but stand around and talk and you have to wave them down to get drinks. Now the newer Waitresses are better but there is one lady thats been there since it was rain cafe and she has got to be the worst waitress i have ever had.

Don't like a restaurant that doesn't take care of its employees. The waitresses don't get compensated for their wages, are denied promotions or raises & are forbidden to take breaks declared under the law. As for the food, well they use old bacon & sausage from the mornings all the way to closing time, refuse to make more vegetables after they run out from 5-close. This business is a damn disgrace!
