Our restaurant is the epitome of authentic cajun food. Here at Podna's Catfish and Po'Boys we of course serve catfish which can be served with our wondeful cajun seasoning and not to mention we make all of our sauces from scratch, including our award winning remoulade sauce. Our very own jalapeno catfish recipe (don't let the word jalapeno scare you, the taste is unbelievable.) Not to mention our red beans and rice (made with real camilla beans), along with the muffaletta's (olive spread made in house). By the way you won't find another restaurant in town that will serve Gambino's muffaletta and po' boy bread (it's all about the bread, it definitely makes a difference.) Crab cakes were out of this world , the staff happy to see you when you walk in the door ask for paul he is the chef, he will treat you like family. next time i have been telling every one on base about it spread the word we need more places like this in San Antonio
