I was extremely disappointed with Diamond Creations. We used them back in February when we rented a room at the Maverik Center for a Baby Shower. First trying to contact them in the first place was a joke. We booked at least 6 weeks in advance and after many phone calls and messages they eventually called back less than two weeks before our event. (if we were able to use another catering company we would have, but the Maverik Center requires you use Diamond) So after they finally called us back we asked them about their menu and they had no clue what was on the menu. We then made arrangements for them to have the tables set up with linens on them. The day of the event, we show up and tables are missing and there were NO linens. So we call them over and over again and nobody answers. Finally 2 hours before the event we are able to reach the company and they say someone will be there within the hour to help. Well she was an hour late on showing up and we had guests there before the caterer. Se finally gets it all set up (with our help) and she had a horrible attitde and was not at all professional. We were promised that water would be comstanly refilled and she would be there to service us with anything we might need. Well she disappeared and we had to hunt her down ourselves during the shower. So I finally found her and she was in another room eating with her boyfriend there!! We asked her for some help and are grudgingly came with major attitude. The food was not even very good and so not worth the outrageous prices and bad service. After the event I came in contact with the owner of diamond creations. He apologized for the bad device and promised that if we gave them another chance in the future that they would make it worth our while and give us a phenomenal deal. So 6 months later I was planning a wedding and we were again in need of catering. I decided we would we what "deal" they might give us. I tried several times to come in contact with the family and once I finally did they promised to get back to me with a price quote and never did. Even after I called and left messages and sent emails. We obviously hose a different caterer at that point and still never ears back from Diamond Creations. I wil NEVER use them again not will I recommend them to anyone I know. I will also never again use the Maverik center as another emir choice for this reason. I have never had such horrible service with ANY party I have ever planned.
