I make reservations for 7:15 for my wife and I. We show up 5 minutes late and the hostess says it’s ok because they were still cleaning off our table. 20 minutes later we’re still waiting to be seated so I walk up and ask the hostess what the issue is? She tells me they’re still cleaning off our table. I interrupt her and tell her she has 5 more minutes and then we’re leaving.
A few minutes later the manager comes out and asks me if I had something to say to his hostess? I said yeah, I told her 5 minutes. He asks me what time did we show up for our reservation? I tell him 7:20 and you still weren’t ready with our table and now it’s 7:45 and we’re still waiting for our table. We could’ve showed up 30 minutes late and they still wouldn’t of had it ready. He gets a little attitude with me like he was trying to be a tough guy or something. We ended up leaving and went to another restaurant with better service, less wait time without reservations, and a good laugh about how the manager at BoneFish with the pot belly was trying to be a tough guy. Do a sit up, grow 3 more inches, lift a weight in your life and then maybe, just maybe it would be worth my time tough guy!

The service was terrible. WE had reservations at 7pm and our dinner did not arrive until 935pm. The server and the manager did not care and were complete jerks. The food was average, it was the worst dining experience ever!
