My first experience was the last experience. I ordered over the phone after seeing their website and they gave me a time of 45 minutes. This was acceptable since I live off of centerville and they are just down indian river. This was at 7:27pm. I called them at 8:26pm wondering if their driver got lost and they told me tha they were "Just finishing the order and it is on it's way out of the door." This meant it took almost a full hour for them to make a manicotti and a chicken parm sub. I late received a call from the driver (20 minutes later) asking where near college park I live because that's where the store sent him. I live NOWHERE near College Park ! I told him where I lived and then called the store back and all they would offer me was a free thing of garlic knots on my NEXT order. I asked to speak with a manager and they would not put one on the phone and they I was hung up on. I paused in anger and she called back to let me know that my order had been canceled and then she hung up on me again. I called back and some dim-witted tired sounding guy answered and said "You ain't got nothin to worry about, they canceled your order." He then advised me that a second time it was canceled and said that I was getting nothing from them and hung up on me. I am going to let as many restaurant reviews in hampton roads know about this and try my best show the complete absence of any kind of customer service as well as spread word at work and with friends and family. This was the biggest waste of 2 hours of my time and that store has to pay for their actions.

We ordered from this place tonight to have it delivered. The guy on the phone told us it would be about 45 minutes to get to us, and my husband told them the apartment complex we live in with the address. An hour later, still no food. My husband called to see what was going on, and they told him they had just finished making the food. About 15 minutes later, the delivery driver calls to ask where we live, and my husband asked where he was and he was completely in the opposite direction. So my husband calmly called the store to see if he could speak to someone about this. The lady who he spoke to would not get the manager on the phone because she said he was busy. Frustrated that he could not settle this, he asked what can be done about the order, and all they wanted to give was free garlic knots on our next order... but after this experience we had no plans of ordering again, so he was not satisfied with that. He asked again to speak to the manager and he was hung up on. She called him back and said that she spoke to the manager (who was too busy to speak to us) and they canceled our order, then she hung up on him again. He called back and spoke to someone else to see if we are still getting our food and they said no... Didn't ask us or anything, just canceled it and called the delivery driver to come back to the store. So, we wasted an hour and a half with these people who had the worst customer skills ever. That's really not how to handle customers. I would think that with the way things are now they will need every customer they can get, but I am spreading the word on these people!

Excellent fresh pizza with homemade dough and a special sauce that is out of this world. Positively will return for another Mediterranean pizza.
