I visited the waffle house in dublin, va on saturday july 9, 2011 approx 11am or so. The place was packed and it was easy to see that all the employees were working hard. My two sons and I were greeted by our waitress Lauren who was very polite and smiled all the time. Lauren continually checked on us to see if we needed anything while dinning. It isn't just the food that was great, lauren and her smile and great personality attracts customers to return time after time. Waffle House should be proud to have an employee such as Lauren.
