We have ordered from here for a long time, but we won't anymore. The last order was for a lg. Italian hoagie,extra meat, extra onions with dressing on the side, toasted well. We also were given an inflated price which I called them about, was given a new total and when the food came it was another price. The sandwich was cold not well done, no extra meat, and the dressing was already on it. WTF if you can't get the order right find new people to work there. You just lost a weekly coustomer!!!!

I have been ordering from them since they opened. The Taco and Greek pizzas are fantastic.

Love,love, love the food here!!! Great food, great service! The staff is always super friendly. I used to frequent other places, but now I am a Fratelli's lifer. I talk to the owner every time I stop in to order & she is always really nice, as is the rest of the staff. They have told me they eventually want to redo the current store & possibly open a new one. I hope they do & wish them all the best. They work their butts off & deserve it!!!

Used to be a regular at this place but recently it seems like business has picked up and they stopped caring about the quality of the food because they are all about the money. Just spent $15.00 on a pizza that was half-cooked, sauceless and looked like someone picked the toppings off of the ground and threw them on top. Called the owner and her response was "I actually put two scoops of sauce on it and that's a lot more than a usually give people. I will never order from this place again and will also make sure none of my friends or family give them their business.
