Its like a mini vacation. The place is old decor and feels nice with happy energy. The owners Dan and Diane wait on you like royalty. The food is outstanding! Even a picky child can find Somthing good to eat. Our favorites are the lemon chicken, and egg foo young. My husband loves the moo goo fui pan and wonton soup. Last time we were there I tried cashew chicken. It was outstanding. They have an excellent menu with many choices. We enjoy bringing our friends and family there. Dan and Diane always makes us feel loved and special. We enjoy dinning in, but, they also have carry out. The dinning room is very large and they do take every covid precaution to keep everyone safe. There is also a quiet bar area. Its also kid and handicapped friendly. ❤

Until Covid, my husband and I celebrated our anniversary at Chin's every year. We've been married for 45 years. We also live up in Ashtabula.

All i have to stay is WOW this is a great 100% Chinese food that is from there home town nothing like the ones you think its Chinese when they are not. great job will come back for sure.

People here complain about the food. Well if you order standard Chinese cuisine like Chow Mein or Rice on Noodles places like this are fine. You start ordering not standardized cuisine you run into issues. For one thing they have to many items on their menu. Just because it’s there doesn’t mean you should order it. Like going to a Pizza place and order a hamburger it’s not their speciality so don’t complain if it’s not up to your standards.

Great Menu with Really Fresh food. Flavor and Amount of food for your dollar makes this a Must Take-Out restaurant! Chinese and American Food at its Best!

Great Fresh food! Love their Orange Beef and the Four Seasons. Beef and Broccoli is also great. Moo Goo Gai Pan is another of my favorites! it's all good. Never had food I didn't like. Dishes with Beef, Chicken, Shrimp, Pork and more! They also have a great tasting Hot Tea. Can't say enough about this Chinese/American Restaurant. They also have a Bar! The best Take-Out around, bar none!

My husband and I went and had dinner here 33 years ago, the second time was this past summer. No way we will ever go back, it was dusty, carpeting was stIcky, and the food was mediocre. t he place has not changed in over 30 YEARS, you could not give us a free meal to go back.

My boss raves about this place, and to be frank I didn't believe him. My usual chinese restaurant is Golden Crown in Painesville, and has been king in my mind since childhood. We placed a friendly wager: if everything isn't as amazing as he said, he'd flip the bill, but if it tops Golden Crown, I pay. I was certain that I was going to get a decent meal on my boss's tab, but I was not prepared for the degree to which I was wrong.

When I say that everything is amazing, start to finish, I mean EVERYTHING. From the tea to the War su gai, sweet and sour pork and the crab rangoon... The egg rolls are heavenly and they make their own amazing duck sauce that, I've been told, has resulted in bottles of the condiment being stolen from the tables by enamored customers. I was actually mad when they brought the fortune cookie at the end of the meal AND THE DARNED FORTUNE COOKIES WERE BETTER!!!

I wound up having to pay, but Chin's Pagoda is now my go-to chinese place. Try it once, that's all it will take to change your mind. If you don't believe me, I have a friendly wager for you...

What they consider chicken and broccoli is no chicken and broccoli I've ever had before there's mushrooms and stuff in it yuck. Their rice was mushy and the crab Rangoon barley has any filling and isn't creamy at all.
