What happened to the old pub n prime were the first thing that mattered was customer service. I never got to taste the food all due to the bartender that think she’s running the world. We called a day ahead to set up reservations and we’re told they didn’t do them fine no problem this is a Thursday just to let the public know. We told them we had a party of 20 they told us if we came around 6 p.m. they would accommodate us and Thankyou for letting them know. Fine we showed up early because we all wanted drinks before dinner. They told us when we arrived that it would be about 20 minutes outstanding. Ordered drinks from Hitlers wife. The worst cocktails I have ever had for the first step in the wrong direction. Had our witches brew and it had been a while. They came to us and told us after waiting a half hour that it was going to be another hour and half wait this was after numerous other people went in before us and were seated. Also I want to point out we had children with us that do not fare well at waiting one of the reasons we called ahead. After the snotty bartender from hell talked to our daughter and was extremely rude to her on how she explained the 1 1/2 hour wait I got involved. Well she snapped on me immediately so I snapped back. This did not go over very well with my family and I as I was asking for the manager/ owner I was picked up and carried out from my son so I never got that chance to talk to her because when I went to go back inside the freakin door was locked so what does that tell you.
So patrons of this establishment beware they DO NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE. THE OWNER DOES NOT GIVE A DAMN ABOUT HEARING YOUR SIDE OR EVEN MAKING IT RIGHT. This will be going in ever paper every publication I can find to make my point clear that this is something that should not have happened

Best prime rib ever! Hand trimmed with no fat. Our waiter Jim was very attentive and our cocktails never empty.

We had such a nice time this weekend at the Pub's Prime. Such an amazing bread, soup & salad bar. Out of this world delicious. We had drinks, laughs, and an amazing time. Prime Rib... I can still taste it.. also tried the broasted chicken and ribs. Finished off a perfect evening with after-dinner drinks and Carrot Cake! Thank you, Bob Ohde, Dee, and the beautiful staff at the St Germain Pub'n Prime!!

The ribs are the unsung hero of the menu. Best ribs ever, fall off the bone tender. Juicy and full of flavor, perfect barbecue sauce. Combined with the soup and salad bar makes for a perfect meal. Must have for the rib lover in you!

The new restaurant was amazing! Cant believe that this is the same building (Most of it) Literally, everything has been updated. Staff, Food, Dining experience all fantastic! My new favorite restaurant.

We had a great experience there with the entire party. Saw that they were open after remodeling and decided to try it out. Extremely satisfied with all the new changes. Keep up the good job guys

We came specifically for the prime rib. Visiting folks up here that recommended it. Newly remodeled but we didn't know except everything looked new, clean, peaceful, super-club feel. Attentive service! Loved the variety in the salad bar (herring, BACON, others and main greens not just iceberg) and was told all the dressings are house-made. Raspberry vinaigrette was delish. Don't usually pay attention to soups and such but their beef barley was beefiest flavor we ever had!. Prime rib melt-in-your-mouth. Not cheap for it but what excellent prime rib is?

A lot of things have changed. New owners and new managers took over in October of 2019 and there has been a lot of changes. New fixtures, a new soup and salad bar! This restaurant has really made a great turn around! The prime rib is perfect. Fall off the bone BBQ ribs are a must have as an entree or as a side to take home! Polynesian Prawns, mic drop. Service is up and the restaurant is always busy. I'd call ahead for reservations. If you want the best Prime Rib of Beef, BBQ Ribs, Homemade Soups or fresh salad bar, this is the place to eat. My new favorite supper club

This restaurant has great prime rib, The total experience bad. Poor management. Small portions for side. They don't take credit cards. It is not cheap to eat there. Staff mean well, but doesn't cut it. For a privately own business. No sign of the owners. Too bad I've been going there for years. I don't think I m going back.

Food and service was good. Excellent prime rib and shrimp. Wine prices are a rip off. $7.50 for a small glass of house wine. Should have asked before ordering. Drinks are more reasonable priced.

Used to be our place to go. With recent price increases not the case. Food is still good, wait staff o.k. Bartender just a really great guy. They seem to have forgotten those of us who live here permanently.

great food but lousy customer service/mgmt- how can a supperclub consistently run out of prime rib on a saturday nite at 8pm?- last time we were there at 8:30, just finishing up our meal- we requested an additional meal to go. the answer was; the kitchen closes at 8:30. unreal .
