Carl's subs are the best subs in the DMV. The customer service is awesome and Carl the owner is a true chief.

This sub shop is everything they could put subway out of business and some. The people that work there are amazing friendly and they greet there customers. The sandwich's are out of this world

Carl's is definitely one of the best sandwiches that I've ever had. When order are made always more the one. Buy his sandwich and make 2, so much meat. Need to post sandwich on line and do a delivery services. Wish it was near my home. Family out of town love Carl's too. And I like the it because he work there two.

Honestly, the best subs in DC, every sandwich is packed with lots of meat and always fresh.

Not to mention Carl the owner is very friendly and about his business.

Carl's Foods (is Carl the real name of the man who makes these fantastic sandwiches?)
Every chance I get I escape to Carl's for a sandwich made to perfection.
It does not matter what is between the bread it is quality (quality people, quality product). There are other establishments in the DC area with notoriety, however, it doen't take a celebrity to judge perfection. It takes the working man and woman (who are served here on a regular basis).
I would fault the individual who has sampled this fare once not to make an effort to return regularly to support this fine establishment.

The food is fantistic. The best place for "quality" subs in DC. You can be in and out within "5" minutes. After living in and traveling through NYC, Western New York, New Jersy, and Pennsylvania--the places where great subs are made and devoured. Carl's subs is right in line with their quality, quantity, and most importantly--"TASTE."

You can't eat the whole thing in one setting. Well, normal people can't. Sometimes, I can't help myself and I eat the whole thing and then afterwards, I say. I should not have done that, but it is soooooo good!
