Flavors are marginal, but ingredient quality is poor. General Tsao Chicken was 80% breading; sushi was awful. Check out Shanghai Garden. No delivery, no sushi, but best Chinese we have found in neighborhood. Doesn't seem.to be good sushi out here at all.
