On Thursday, March 30th, at 12:25 pm, I entered Leo's Coney Island for lunch with a group of seven, including a baby, and was seated in a cozy corner. Our server, Lequish, brought humor and warmth to our dining experience, expertly handling our orders and even creating a fiery skillet of cheese for our table. The varied menu offered a mix of average and delicious dishes; while my avocado toast fell short, the wings and Coney Island Hot Dog were standout choices. The restaurant's inviting ambiance, adorned with charming drawings, made it a perfect retreat on a chilly Michigan day, leaving me eager to return and explore more of their offerings.

I was there earlier today to have lunch. After sitting there for a few minutes I heard yelling and swearing from the kitchen area. Then a waitress went over to the man sitting across from me and told him that she was sorry but the cook was yelling and swearing at her and would not make any food orders from her. Needless to say the customer left while shaking his head. I sat there for the next thirty minutes trying to enjoy my lunch as the yelling and swearing very loudly continued between the cook and several of the waitresses. This should never happen under and circumstances. Very, very unprofessional. Perhaps it would help if you had a general meeting with all and discuss how that kind of conduct is going to cost you a lot of business. Or maybe deduct money off of your customers checks who are subjected to listening to that nonsense.
