owner is a fake. don't believe a word he says. all of his recipes come from the former head chef who left because he couldn't stand working for this man. no experience, just a fool who thought it would be "fun" to own a restaurant. doesn't care about his staff but goes out of his way to make himself look good. also buys his lobsters at HANNAFORD right down the street. crab stuffed sole is not "fresh" like he tells people, it is actually FROZEN. sean hopkins is a professional liar.
