Personally I've been to the brickight dive on two other occasions and figured Gustavo would love it. Sadly the lack there of service, extremely long wait time, and mix up of orders really broke my heart. When we walked in and sat down we had service immediately but after we pointed out that their sprite was out of syrup and gave our order suddenly we were in the dunce corner. Customers walking in after us were getting food out quickly and our waiter spent all his time either outside serving beer or on his phone. The second server spent his time flirting with some girls and serving when he felt like it. We waited about 40 minutes before our food came out and the chef had to yell when the order was ready for them to take it to us. It took the boys about 2 minutes to make their way over to the food and when it came up the order was wrong. The man who took our order forgot the minute he left the table and told the chef something that sounded right. Somehow that meant we needed a salad to share and undercooked bread. The plates looked thrown together last minute and didn't seem cooked properly. Then when we had the audacity to inform the waiter the order was wrong he acted surprised but didn't know how to fix it. So we asked to pay and the boys acted like it was our fault. I get that the brickight districts work ethic is relaxed but come on we paid $17 for a meal we didn't eat and being treated like the red headed step child.

I have been there several times and the food is good, service is great, and beer selection nice. It has a good atmosphere and the possibility of sitting outside is a plus.
