To patronize this establishment is ill-advised.
To order delivery from this establishment is lunacy.
After forfeiting $40 or $50, only to discover that your order is entirely incorrect, you will then be treated to hours of runaround, courtesy of literally every employee in the building. It's like they play hot potato with the phone (presumably the only food item they keep hot).
Inevitably, after many lengthy dialogues, throughout which you're conditioned to believe that your Milano's experience has been impeccable, you'll be required to return to the restaurant with the incorrect items (which you have stolen from them), in order to receive the items which you actually ordered (or at least claim to have).
Remember the Iran Hostage Crisis?
Ordering from Milano's is the eggplant Parmesan version of that.
If you do finally get to speak with a manager and it turns out to be Matthew, game over. His raw incompetence and ineptitude will defy all your weapons of logic and rationality, which he seemingly vacuums into an obnoxious black hole.

But if you crave that authentic Milano's experience, you could probably pay someone the same amount to punch you in the stomach. You'll be just hungry after but you will have saved a few hours.
