Me and my family go there every now and then because we live in Wilcox but it is always a good place for Sunday dining after church. I tip my hat to the cooks. Great service here.

This is the worst place the world to eat in!!!!!!! Horrible service! If u was dieing from hunger n this was the last place on earth to eat would rather die. I think it would be safer to eat out of the trash can!!!!! How in the HELL r u still open???????

This was suppose to be a great day for my sister. It was her babyshower. Got there they say they did not know that we was coming. I was told that the girl that took the reservations did not take down all the info. When we arrived the room that we had reserved for the shower was not clean. The food was old and dried out. My family and I drive from Mobile, Al to a reserved baby shower that was hosted @ Jackson Steakhouse. We have never ate there before so we decided to stay hungry until we arrived. I must say it was da most fun babyshowet I've attended in a while. However, tha food service that we recieve should be reported to the health department. U had an option of ordering from a menus or eating off the hot bar. We r African- American we wanted to pay 1 price and eat as much as we can but the food was old flies was around it and roaches. They didn't want to put out fresh food and we had very poor service I wondered if it was because we were black but I decided to post this review so others can c. My cousin who reserved da dinning hall was very upset here she have invited a host of people to her babyshower for them to play games because we definitely didn't eat anything. Shame on U Jackson Steakhouse never again will I ever stop there again. Thanks Puzza Hut for providing us with the best service ever.

Steaks are quite good (obviously - Jackson Steakhouse), home fries are good. Everything else I'd pass on.

Very unhappy with the food for the second time! YUK! These are the only words i can come up with besides what a waste of money! The first visit I got two buffets to go the food looked good but when we tasted it it was horrible even the mac and cheese sucked, in the garbage it went and i had to go to a fast food joint to get the husband something else. Second visit was last night figured i would try a menu item grilled shrimp,baked potato(loaded)in which the server had me get my own cheese and bacon bits off the buffet for it, when i got it to the husband the potato was over cooked it was brown inside and the "grilled shrimp" had a terrible odor. Once again money wasted. I would not recommend this place to anyone. YUK,YUK,YUK!!!!

I'm sorry but this may be the worst restaurant I have ever eaten in. The food sucked, service was lousy, and everything is so processed and cheap. My family will never eat there again.
