Let's just tell the TRUTH!

Food is great! Customer service NOT so MUCH. Had been a customer for years and just kinda brushed off being hung up on, put on hold for long periods of time or put on hold long periods of times and STILL get hung up on. Sometimes trying my luck by just walking in not knowing what type of mood to expect. Place is extremely small yet always seems clean which is PLUS for me another reason for continued support along with good food but Sometimes seems to not have regards or respect for your time especially if someone walks in they know or someone they know calls. Will sometimes stop in the middle of taking your order to answer phone and take the person order on the phone who calls AFTER you've finally reached the counter. They give you a ticket with a number on it to match your order yet still will ask for your phone number saying so they won't give someone else your order. Well if they don't have my ticket number to exchange they shouldn't be able to obtain the food I've ordered. When inside and place is packed no regards of the fact that you may not want other people to hear what your PRIVATE personal number is. I understand asking for phone number over the phone but Yet to understand why phone number is needed when you are handing them your money and order all at same time.
With so many businesses both big and small closing down you would think EVERY business and business owner would be gracious and grateful for every customer they get henceforth losing the bad customer service and attitudes. I will add that the older gentleman seems to always be kind and pleasant but he's usually not the one you get to deal with. Just seems to be getting worse with more and more unpleasant encounters than pleasant ones. Time to find a new deli enough is enough...

Great Customer service really no one is a stranger.The best food in town.They take there time to make sure every customer is satisfied. This is not your typical fast food restaurant and I'm fine with that.I support this business.Thank you Mr.Pat and family.

Let me say, I truly tried to support. The food is fine. However the woman who is in charge of answering the phone is VERY rude. If the business is busy that is understandable but to continue to put someone on hold for 10-15 minutes at a time talking to customers in the background about who she does or does not know has covid and the cameras in her home and small talking with ppl while I sit here waiting to have my order taken. She has never even given the kind of customer service that I’m overhearing with others right now. I’m disgusted but I guess that’s just the business... Still on hold for the 3rd call.... Oh now she goes “Let me call Manual” or somebody after 20 minutes and the picks up the phone shocked I’m still there and tells me “go on with your order” as if she is disgusted and that I waited!!! Wow. Done!! IT IS FREE TO BE POLITE AND COURTEOUS!!

This is one of the best places you want to eat in Mobile! The seafood is great! And if you want to eat lite, you will love their salads! You will always get plenty of food when you eat here for a great price! The owner, no matter where you see him, he’s always friendly and very nice! The staff gives great service and fresh to order food! Two thumbs up for me!

Outstanding food at a awesome price. A friendly staff that greets you and prepares cooked to order foods daily. When I am in Mobile this is my go to meal spot.

For years I have enjoyed the friendly service and delicious food of Pats Deli!! It is always a treat to eat there for breakfast or lunch. Anyone that likes good food should try this place, you will definitely return. I love the Jamaican hotdog w/ fries, and the fish and grits for breakfast.
