I've been visiting Lenny's for approximately four years at store # 1806 N Missouri St. in West Memphis, Arkansas, never had a problem. Although a visitation on 8/30/2019 it was the worst visit ever that lead me to never visit that location again. Previously the employees were very mannerable and respectful, seen the same face for quite a while and the consistently with the food was always the same. This last visit an associate by the name of Alexia was rude start to finish over the entercom attitude upon approaching the window the door was slammed money was snatched. I was in total shock . After receiving and checking my foo it was anything with what I ordered i requested my money back feeling threatened as if I was about to be assaulted. The young lady even left her post to try and offended me as two other employees proceeded with trying to offend me as well. Yes, it was crowded (check the sales receipt) but I've never experienced anything like that and hope to never again! I would love to give thanks to the familiar faces these young kids were awful. Never again I'd rather drive to Memphis, Tennessee!

This Lenny's unlike every other Lenny's in the world, puts whatever they decide on your sandwich. Then, when you bring it to their attention, they just scrape the stuff off, leaving behind most of the "extras" you never asked for! Thanks to them I had an allergic reaction that night and the stupid idiots that worked there were sooooo rude! Not even an I'm sorry, fire everyone and restaff!

I went to Lenny's west memphis today, the 2young girls taking orders were so rude to me, and another customer waiting , I needed to fill a complaint. I'm an ED NURSE, and deal with the worst of people. Unfortunately they work in your business , I won't come back!
