Toppings is seriously has the best mouth orgasm food in the bay area. I never thought I would come across eating LECHON KAWALI. I use to not like the taste of it but thanks to Toppings, its my favorite dish now..only from Toppings. I ate there around lunchtime with my Mom and my sister. We ordered FRIED BANGUS and LECHON KAWALI with JAVA Rice. The food was just to perfect. Usually food that great would be to expensive and it wasn't. If anyone wants to try the best LECHON KAWALI in the bay area, Toppings definitely has it.
