My family has been going to Ding Ho 1 to 3 times a month for TEN years. If you only count once a month that is 120 Orange Chicken entrees over 10 years time, you would think I would know what to expect. We have driven 5 miles out of our way for 10 years because it was so good. The original Ding Ho owners just sold and the new owners have taken over; this was our second, AND LAST time ordering from them.

The night before last I ordered Orange Chicken. The chicken was so overcooked it was difficult to chew, basically inedible. Today I drove over and showed them the burnt chicken. The first person who helped me looked at it and went "ohhhhhh", she offered to make me a new one, but I did not want to eat right then, she did not offer a credit. She then went to get whoever was in charge. The in charge person listened to me, looked at the chicken and then said it was not burnt. He wanted me to look at one they were cooking now. I reminded him I've had at least a 100 of these, I didn't need to see how it should be. He said that's how they cook it now.

I am so sure that other long time frequent customers like me will also be disappointed in the new ownership and they will go somewhere else like I am.

They never apologized, they did not offer to refund me.

Horrible food & service.
