I have been a loyal patron of La Cueva for over two decades, drawn back time and time again by the comforting familiarity of their authentic Mexican dishes and warm hospitality. The rich flavors of their Molé and the inviting atmosphere make every visit a cherished experience, like stepping into a cherished memory that never fails to delight my senses.

If not the best Mexican food in metro Denver, without a doubt the best in Aurora! a Perennial award winner featuring authentic cuisine and terrific margaritas.
