I actually ate at the Los Jilbertos in Naturita. 120 E. Main St. Naturita, CO. Absolutely amazing food. I had a chicken quesedilla one evening...LOADED with chicken and cheese, rolled into one huge tortilla. The next time I had their chimichanga. Double awesome. Super friendly cashier and cook too. The girl's at the Ray Motel where I stayed said Los Jilbertos had the best chimichanga's, and they were right. The restaurant is directly across the street from the Ray Motel. I walked across and ate some very tasty Mexican food...twice!
