We will never return again! Ordered baked house made ravioli with “meat-based” sauce. The ravioli arrived barely warm looking like they were quickly boiled and microwaved. The sauce tasted and looked like a can of plain tomato purée was dumped on top. I asked the waitress if they were actually baked and she got the manager to come over who said they were baked and rudely argued with me instead of trying to make things right. My husband’s short rib dinner lacked flavor as well. We will not be returning as this was the second time we have had a bad experience at Pagliacci’s. We wonder if it is under new management. An awful experience!

I used to eat here regularly. It was fantastic, but I recently was given a Gift Certificate as a gift. They wouldn't accept it. The food is much more expensive under new owners. Just be forewarned. Look around for alternatives.

They need to dry their lettuce better because the leaves are soggy half the time. If you take a salad home it's wet and soggy in a couple of hours.
