China East served me during college (90's) Luckily my wife worked around UConn the past 12 yrs. Some of the best Chinese Food here in the northeast of CT.

This has to be my worst customer service experience ever. After an hour of waiting for my food, I received a call from China East asking for my order again. They made a mistake and gave it to someone else. I still paid full price for the meal, received no apology and when the delivery guy showed up he annoyingly knocked on my door. I will not be spending my money here again.
