i like to treat myself to a BLT when i’m next door at the laundromat. i’m never disappointed cuz the staff is super friendly, the food is delicious and the prices are affordable!! 🙂🍽

My boyfriend and I go there often and love the food. The waitstaff is always friendly and cheerful!!

I love small breakfast diner places that have great food at affordable prices and friendly service. This is not one of those places. The food is good - not remarkable. The prices are not what you would expect for such a place. Go to Dunkin Donuts next door if you want breakfast and still be able to pay your other bills. While I was eating I witnessed the owner berating her waitresses. Very rude and lacing class. When our check arrived it was not totaled, nor was the tax added. The customer is expected to do this. Ha!When I asked the waitress to, "please total this" Instead of writing the total down for me, she hands the check back and orally tells me the total amount. Not sure that is even legal. Sooo many better places to go. Do not waste your money or your morning.

The service was Great to say the least.I got in there just about ten minutes before closing, but they still served me scrambled eggs, toast and coffee. Though there are upscale restaurants all over the area, the service and cleanliness of the new Dove's Nest was excellent, and the food, basic breakfast or lunch style was also excellent. The reviews written that claim this place is bad are "all wet" sorry to say, but like anyone else, they are entitled to their opinion. I have eaten at places where they charge on average $50 to $100 per person for dinner and dessert, and I can tell you, the wait staff in those places are often worse than here. Also, I like to be able to see the food I am eating, and the Dove's Nest after renovations is bright, cheerful and the staff and owner are friendly and right on target with customer service. Again, I didn't get the usual "Sorry we're closing in ten minutes". They let me eat in peace, and the Coffee was FRESH even at closing time. So what else do you want for Breakfast or lunch, a BIG BIG CHECK? Try the Dove's Nest. I was not paid to make this review!

After being renovated by the new owner and cook, Nancy, the Dove's Nest has become a warm and friendly place for all to enjoy breakfast and/or lunch. It's the best spot in town!

This place is worse than awful. It's depressing, the food iunappetizing, the service is miserable. Don't even think about it.

See how the ratings go in acceding order? That was no mistake. This is a perfect place to eat, if you like to order exactly what's printed on the menu, prepared by a skeletonesque, chain smoking cadaver. There are also flies! and after you can voyage across the street to local watering hole Seven-O's, and promptly drink yourself to death for ending up in one of America's most depressing and rusty towns. Seven-O's also has flies! Swarming, disgusting Flies!

I got breakfast at this place a few times because it doesn't get too crowded. The food is average, as are the prices, and the service is awful. They serve chips with their sandwiches, a true sign of a lousy restaurant. One time I asked for tomato in my omelet, and they gave me the omelet with two tomato slices on the side of the plate. Give me a break, you call that service? Spit in my face why don't you. Needless to say, I won't be returning to a place that treats customers like that. Thumbs down.

Good diner food. Linda does a great job with the pancakes and breakfast fair. There is nothing fancy about this place.If you are looking for good stick to your ribs fair for a fair price we recommend the doves nest.
