i've been coming to conrads a few times a month for about 5 years now.. i love it. awesome steak and cheese subs.

cheap on portions for the price 3 pices of chicken in a large sub i asked him to put more chicken he said want me to cut it up moron its still the same amount tard!!!!

SO I know most put reviews only when a place is bad.... This is a mixed review over years of patronage.. Like any establishment Customer Service and attitude differ per the person who picks up the phone or you meet at the front counter.

Basic information that you need as a customer can seem extra special to Conrad employees. Like the total of your order or maybe even order clarification. Takes ten seconds but its too much again for Conrad's. SO when you call make sure you get the order repeated and a total.

Alright Food wise... I am not a fan of the Salads..It could just be the rinse they use on the vegetables..but every time I get one it seems to smell like dog. That's why they got a 7 rating on food. Everything else is fine there.

My 1st timme ordering 4rm Conrad's. I had to wait about an hour for my order and I live pretty close 2 Conrad's. When I was told a 30 min wait. Plus the driver had the nerve to rip me off a dollar for the long wait. I received buffalo on a sub which I could've made myself. Bad service, not great food, will not be ordering 4rm Conrad's again.
