A sinking ship. Over the last year or so it's been a steady downhill slide for the place. The excellent help they had has been replaced and the food seems to be very catch as catch can. The menu has gotten smaller and the choices never jump out at you. After eating there several times over the past 3 years, I've notices a recent downturn in the overall experience. I think the last time I was there will be the last time I'll be there.

This is a favorite place of mine for a drink or entree. The staff is friendly and your food arrives quickly as soon as you order it. The atmosphere is old world charm and you feel like you're going back in time. Supposedly there is a ghost that lives there as well according to the staff. The price is a little high, but worth it. The portions are big and the desserts are great as well. A good place to get a beer, but not for the women who want 'girly' martinis.

I felt as if I had gone back in time as soon as I entered the restaurant--the stone walls, beamed ceiling, wooden floor, tall, many-paned windows, hushed yet homey atmosphere. I had oven roasted salmon topped with raspberries, which pratically melted in my mouth. It was the best I had ever eaten. I came back one other night and there was a different chef on board--someone in training--the salmon was dry and the rice overcooked, but who doesn't have a bad day once in a while. This place ranks top for me over any in Providence.

A hidden gem tucked into an old mill building. The food was great. The atmosphere relaxed. All the locals hang out here.

I was pleased to see some elegant choices on the menu...I went in for a Burger and had Duck Confit instead!

I've been passing this place for years, finally stopped in recently. It was small and a little busy, but cozy in a way. Menu was interesting and our food was good. No doubt we'll be back, maybe even just for a drink at the bar.
