The individual working over charged my wife and I for our order and when he was called out on it he said he couldn’t refund us cause he’s not a manager. Very rude and condescending to my wife in the shop. Once home unpacking the bag we find that the salad with salmon was half the size it usually is and the sandwich was not even wrapped but just haphazardly made and jammed into a to-go container. Called the shop to inquire about it and was only met with hostility by the same individual. Almost 40$ spent for horrible service and disappointing food. We will never go back.

Don't be misled by menupix' erroneous location for this place. It is NOT in North Providence. It is smack in the middle of residential East Side. Near the corner of Lloyd and Elmgrove. Good meats. Good deli. Great fresh breads.

Excellent breakfast, lunch or catering. I've had them cater several family parties and the food is great. I highly recommend it!

Food is really good. We order for our office quite often. They occasionally forget things, but it's normally all there. I recommend the fresh roasted turkey. I've never been to the restaurant so i couldn't accurately rate the atmosphere.

The food is excellent quality and very lean. The staff is always very helpful and friendly. Our office has only ordered takeout and not actually gone into the restaurant. The only reason I would not rate them as a 10 is because they do take a while to deliver and your food is not always piping hot. Otherwise, they are fantastic!!
