I'm making a pizza the size of the sun,
a pizza that's sure to weigh more than a ton,
a pizza too massive to pick up and toss,
a pizza resplendent with oceans of sauce.
I'm topping my pizza with mountains of cheese,
with acres of peppers, pimentos, and peas,
with mushrooms, tomatoes, and sausage galore,
with every last olive they had at the store.
My pizza is sure to be one of a kind,
my pizza will leave other pizzas behind,
my pizza will be a delectable treat
that all who love pizza are welcome to eat.
The oven is hot, I believe it will take
a year and a half for my pizza to bake.
I hardly can wait till my pizza is done,
my wonderful pizza the size of the sun.

Best pizza in town! A family favorite since I was a litle girl growing up in West Hartford. Now I love bringing my own family for pizza. We love seeing the staff and friends from town when we dine in. Their pizza and grinders are amazing and they have some great pasta choices as well. Even my husband who grew up enjoying New Haven's best can't get enough of Park Lane!

If you can get past the owner's rude wife, willing to spend your hard earned money for deplorable customer service the pizza is good. But I no longer choose after 27 years of loyal service to give money to people who have such a disregard toward customer service. Even after making an attempt to speak with the owner (Evan) whom felt an explanation of his wife's behavior a waste of time because he's "too busy on something like that." Good Luck!

The neighborhood's pizza & grinder place and it does all the usual things very well. Snooty people go to Barb's across the street, but Park Lane was there long before Barb's and still will be long after Barb's is gone. And Park Lane has Old Burnside Ten Penny Ale on tap. Good food and good drink is a winning combination.
