These folks work long hard hours for little money. Some people think that for the money they should be treated like royalty. They just don't know what it takes to run a place like this. Being in the business I am aware that a lot of the good wishes and smiles are all protocol. While you are at home on the holidays I'm thankful they are cooking. Good Food!!!

Food Was good, service was great, the only downfall was the girl at the checkout. she is a snob. they should have more friendly people working the front.

The chef is not Hispanic, is 100% Chinese, don't see anyone comes out cook something or working on the Mongolian BBQ part then think the chef is American or Hispanic, that's messed up.

The restaurant is over 10000 sq. foot, that means there r way too much on cleaning, i think we do a lot more than the others, we work long hours everyday, seven days a week, because a lot a lot of customers said they like us better, they see the changes, they feel the different and they eat better.

Thanks a lot

The restaurant WAS good before the new management. Now, with the new management, the price went up, drinks are no longer included, and a new chef. the new chef is really good, so the food tastes the same. This is my favorite buffet in Madison, but I don't like the new management. The chef is supposed to have lots of cooking experience in China. Like the previous review said, the chef is Hispanic, but who said Hispanics can't cook in china?

AMAZING...it's a buffet. It doesn't have to be perfect but it's still damn good. this guy need to stop acting like the chef is wolfgang puck and realize that it's still a good restaurant to eat at. especially the mongolian grill.

Flyer says new chef, new remodeling, new management, and many new items. The food was lukewarm, greasy, the coconut shrimp was more bread than shrimp or coconut, bbq chicken was not completely cooked, and their egg rolls were merely cabbage stuffed into egg roll wrappers. Sushi was good and they have a nice fruit selection. Tried their Mongolian bbq bar and they have a small but good selection however it took 3 rings for the "chef" to leave his table of friends and cook my meal. Their "chef" with "20 years of experience in Hong Kong" was clearly Hispanic. Because it was Memorial Day the lunch price was $10.95 per person NOT including drinks. Add to this, the women clearing tables would toss empty plates into a bin in the dining room and the sound of smashing plates and banging silverware permeated the meal. I will never recommend this place.
