Best sushi in town. They've been here forever. Most restaurants like this don't stay open because the sushi is not up to par. The fish here is always fresh.

I have been going to Say sushi for several years now....besides the Ak Chin restaurants Say Sushi is by far the best restaurant in Maricopa! The chef, Sean, is superb and creative with his rolls. The menu is very varied and the service is impeccable and efficient. At times the place is totally crowded with afficianados but the wait outside is well worth it. This is a restaurant that just cannot be beat in Maricopa.....

I must say Say Sushi is the best. Their service is great and their food is excellent. Far exceed any expectations. I would recommend them over all other sushi spots in Arizona. Can't believe they are in Maricopa.

People may not think it's possible but Maricopa has an excellent sushi restaraunt. The fish is always extreemly fresh and the service is always friendly. This is one of the best places to get great fish at a good price in Arizona.

The is a solid, basic sushi menu, nothing fancy. The food is good, service is excellent.
