Ordered a cheese crisp . Found a hair melted in the cheese called to complain with manager . An older man (I Believe he is the husband of the owner) comes to pick up the food talks crap to me and tells me to never order from the place again because I discovered a hair that was an inch and a half long towards the last 3-4 pieces MELTED underneath the cheese. Starts walking out my job and walks half way back in and throws a receipt at me..Let me add that I've been ordering from them since 2006. The manager and waitress know me by my first name. Never felt so disrespected in my entire life. This is not the first time they have messed up my order but a loyal customer that I am I kept giving them chances. Because we all make mistakes sometimes. Right? I Will never again order from this place and I will tell everybody I know the treatment I got. My name is Revina. and I work at the Music Store Downtown. Where eveybody witnessed the treatment I got.
