I was on hold on the phone for 10 minutes . Drove my car there and ordered and was on the phone and let the cashier know that was answering and taking orders what was going. She then proceeded to tell me she was busy. Sounds like the owners needs to have another person to help answer and take phone orders.

Like to keep business local. After 30 mins, still did not have all of a basic breakfast order. Appears to fill call in orders, while walk in customers are waiting.

Eat Cuban sandwich quite often at Brooklyn Bridge . Friendly, no mistake orders, very popular among the city. The best in Cubans!

The food is fantastic for the price you pay. My favorite is the loaded potato- definitely a must try!

I am so extremely sad, because this place has the best tasting Cubans. But today I went in there for the very last time. I have never seen a little deli so filthy in my life, and if I can, as a customer, can see how filthy the eating area is, I can just imagine what the part looks like that we cannot see. I do know that they do not wear gloves a lot of the time, though they say they do. Too many times I have seen them put sandwiches up on the counter that are ready with no gloves on. I am so sorry that I wish the health department would go in there and clean it up so that I could go back and enjoy the cuban sandwiches!

BEST SALAD IN TOWN, GREAT SANDWICH'S . BURGERS LEAVE A LITTLE TO BE DESIRED .....TOP SHELF STAFF, ...... THEY REALLY NEED TO EXPAND THE PLACE OR FIND NEW LOCATION ...... IT IS NOT BIG ENOUGH TO HANDLE THE VOLUME AT PEAK TIMES........... BOTTOM LINE IF YOU WANT YOUR MONEY'S WORTH THIS IS THE PLACE.........

Order early for lunch if you want soup. I ordered a salad with grilled chicken for my work day lunch. Drove there. Waited for call in, then drove back to work to discover no grilled chicken. Called and told them. Drove back, waited in line again to have them yell out my name, hand me the chicken saying sorry. No hey let's have your next salad on us, here's a brownie.. Bottom line they don't care if I come back or not. They enjoy a great loyal clientele and can lose a customer. I haven't been back. Too cramped for the business volume. Standing out the door at lunch. Great food but think they're too busy for the space they have. Wish them well. Just disappointed

I went there today with a friend and killed a cockroach with my flip flop walking in the door...food tasted good, but the place was filthy, the employees were complaining and overworked, therefore SLOW to take and fill our order. One employee openly criticized the owner for being absent at lunch rush. The floor was littered with dirt and paper...in retrospect...what a dump...kinda concerned about illness. Will not eat from or at the deli again.

My husband and I love this place. They have the best BLT on Cuban bread. Plus they don't skimp on the bacon. I have also enjoyed deli sandwiches and soup. Never gotten anything I didn't like. Btw my son LOVED the Jumbo Burger special.

I was there a couple of hours ago with my daughter. I asked for a burger after seeing jumbo burger and drink for 5.99 written on the white board. I was told there were no mor burgers. Less than 10 minutes later, a man came to the counter and asked for a burger, and the same lady at the register who had just told me there were no more burgers, asked the man how he wanted it cooked. It was a blatant and deliberate lie. My daughter ordered a veggie omelet and asked for no olives and it was loaded. I will not be back as it is clear that "my kind" is not welcomed in this establishment. The terrible rating is for POOR customer treatment.
