We value all our customers and take their concerns seriously. When the customer in JMS's team called us to inform us about a roach in her hashbrowns we were immediately taken aback. First and foremost we don't have any roaches. On 07/23/14, the Health Inspector checked the restaurant and found no evidence of the pests. Second, the hashbrowns come straight from the freezer and go directly into the fryer. Third, the styrofoam containers are tightly stacked. Fourth, once the food is ready to be delivered another person opens the box to inspect the product before being bagged for delivery. Fifth, the complaint was not called in until two hours after the order was delivered. What struck us as odd about the customer's complaint was that she wasn't the person who orchestrated the order and was asking for a full refund of all the orders on the ticket. She wanted $50 back and the total amount was only $44. We asked to speak with the person who placed the order and she was unwilling to transfer us, and told us they would call us back... they never did. She said she had pictures but we never got any. The more we talked to this individual, the more it seemed she was making the whole thing up so that she could pocket $50. Of the 8 people who ordered that day, no one else contacted us about getting their money back. Why should we give this individual a refund for everyone's order when she was the only one with an issue and was unwilling to provide any evidence? Additionally, JMS says that the food was brought back in person, and that is another blatant lie. We are eager to serve all people but we reserve the right to refuse service to liars.

I am a long time Joker's Alley's customer. Based on my experiences, their foods are always very good and fresh.
I love Joker's Alley.

Our office ordered breakfast to be delivered and one of the ladies went to eat her hashbrowns and a roach crawled out of the hashbrowns and when she called Joker's Alley the person that answered the phone said OH I thought we had taken care of that problem. WHAT?? and then when the manager got on the phone they advised No we are not giving your money back. We work for a big corporation so needless to say we will be spreading the word about the food and service. SHe took the food back and gave it to them in person. Very rude owners also.

This place is the bomb. Their salads with the ranch dressing is absolutely delicious. I order the small chef salad and I SHARE it with my friend. The portion of this salad is HUGE! The large salads can serve 3 people! Also, their Philly cheesesteak is good too. Even though this place doesn't seem like much, their food is just... Wow!

I ordered lunch from you guys and will NEVER AGAIN eat there the burger was nasty i couldnt even swallow it the taste was hosorrible and to top it off my drink had hair in it.I was not satisfied at all.

Although the food is good at a reasonable price the delivery and order preparation leaves a lot to be desired. I have roputinely placd orders at 9:30AM only to be told that no deliveries can be made until after 1:30. We cannot place more than 6 orders at a time because Jokes routinely messes up our orders

Joker's alley is really delicious! I love their salad. Their dressings are homemade too. They deliver now which is awesome. You guys should try this place out! Joker's alley is DEFINITLY one of my top 3 restaurants!

The chef salad is so AWESOME. The dressing and croutons are home made and are very tasty. I wish they delivered but I don't mind the drive at all.

Food is very good. I go all the time for their Chef Salad and order extra ranch...Dressing is SO good and taste homemade. They also have a gyro, which surprised me, but that too was excellent. They have always been very friendly which makes for a very nice time. Recommeneded all the way!!!
