Ribeye was awful, was the worst steak I've had, used to love this place but very disappointed, service was good but food was rushed because it was an hour before closing

I've been in twice, because my boyfriend grew up loving the place. First time, I made the mistake (apparently) of ordering the new bacon burger sliders. Sounded great, looked great, but were COMPLETELY raw inside, and tough and chewy. I choked down one, but the other person in our group who ordered them couldn't. The waiter's response was that they were new-ish to the menu, and the cooks had just been having a hard time getting them right. Um... don't put them on the menu until it's figured out, then! I will credit them for taking off both sets of raw burgers, mine and hers, but they didn't offer to replace them with something else on the house, which I would have appreciated. My second time there, I got a salad and baked potato combo. Was pretty darn good, with the potato maybe a little overcooked, and served a bit cold, but still better than the average Shari's. However, this meal shouldn't have been difficult to put out, so no bonus points for not killing it. So, overall, I'll go back, but I'm too scared to order anything "complicated".
