Ichiban is my go to restaurant whenever I’m in Portland. Sushi Chef Yung always hits the mark with his delicious sushi /sashimi combo and meticulous attention to details. Resist the urge to go to one of those bright and shiny sushi places and come here instead. You won’t regret it. They’re at 13599 NW Cornell Rd off Hwy 26.
