My husband and I have driven past this place several times. Today we stopped in to see what it was all about. The place is so cute inside and they graciously let us look around. It is a childs dream come true. A magical place all painted and decorated with candy and special rooms to eat in that are out of this world. I plan on taking my Granddaughter and her friend there for lunch one day very soon. We didn't eat there so I can't critique the food but the atmosphere is awesome. They have gluten free foods there also. The candy and pastries looked yummy. I can't wait to take my Granddaughter there, I know she will get a kick out of it. It is a unique place with a lot of character. I will let you know how the food is another time. I gave it five stars just for atmosphere alone.

Dirty and depressing. This place makes Portland ugly. Take out a broom, mop and clean the place!!

This place is a place filled with inspiration and wonder,I encourage anyone to come and experience it themselves.I am sorry if some of you had a bad experience here I encourage everyone to let us know of any concerns so that we can address them and make their experience a great one next time,or hopefully while they are here.We want this place to leave positive memories with our customers not negative ones.We have been here for 15 years outreaching to the community, keeping Portland weird, artistic and eccentric. Thanks for 15 wonderful years here's to 15 more.Thank you

I love this place. It's incredible all the work they have put into making it look so magical. I get a kick out of it every time I walk in and see the candy on the ceiling and the cakes and pies on the ceiling of the bakery. I feel like a kid again, and at 84, that is saying something.

This is one of the Coolest places I have ever been to. My granddaughter LOVED it!!! as far as the post prior to this.... I own a small bakery myself and while waiting for my food, Which was DELICIOUS by the way and Clean, I had a question regarding some of the ingredients and not only the kitchen but everywhere else my granddaughter and I went seemed to be spotless! I would highly recommend this bakery/restaurant to Anyone, Anywhere :)
Thanks for the Great time.

This shop is run by a very nice family. Their best asserts are their gluten free breads and pizza crusts. These are great to keep on hand. The other pastries are pretty basic, but if you have a child with yeast and gluten allergies check them out.

Big disappointment...looks cute and fun for kids on the outside. But we were shocked how poor the service was, and it was not very clean. We had to wait 45 minutes for our food, and we were their only customers! We also did not care for the food.

This is a fantastic place! It is decorated with candy and baked goods on the ceilings, candy, icing, and cookies on the woodwork and beautiful murals throughout. It is truly a kid's dream. Like Santa's house. The people are nice and it is so much fun just to be in the atmosphere. Outside it is a two story gingerbread house, bright yellow with candy all over it, peppermint pillars on the front porch and a jelly bean walkway out front. I know they are open 10-6 Mon thru Sat and they are well worth the visit. They are also the best wheat free gluten free bakery and restaurant in town.
