Food was Luke warm...gravy was too thick. Stuffing was too wet and smooth like pudding. And cranberry sauce was missing. Cole slaw was also creamed so didn't like that either. Last but not least no rolls or butter were included

I used to go there maybe once a week for pick-up lunch. Never again. The manager was always cordial, but the last few times I went there he wouldn't even lift a finder to bring the order to the register. Just sort of beckoned with his head, like "there it is, you get it." Very rude. I will never go again. Pricey for the quality.

I've been a patron for many years. The last few times I've been in-no welcome from the manager,
before I was welcomed and not treated like I'm
interrupting something. I had a male waiter &
when he took my order he stood behind me so I had
to literally turn my head-finally I said to him
this is hurting my neck--I'll look straight ahead. No reply & he continued to stay behind me.
Nothing like this has ever happened before--
so I found it rather odd. He could care less.
Won't be back anytime soon.

Although some of the waiters are good, one waiter could care less. I ordered eggs medium well and got eggs over easy. When I asked for the eggs to be cooked a little more he asked if I wanted eggs hard. I said no, just medium. He brought me eggs hard. When I didn't touch my food he didn't care to correct the issue and just brought us the check. The food is just edible, not worth the lack of attention to getting an order right.

Food good, Slow kitchen,large portions dumb, pandering wait staff. I still tip on the check, they ohly make like $3 hr. Parking lot always look full, but they always have seating available, breakfast susage fail

We have been going to this diner since we moved a few streets away last summer. We love this diner. The food is consistently really delicious, even for "diner food", and there are many choices on the menu. The wait staff is always patient and friendly to our baby, as well. The peanut butter pancakes are amazing, and so is their roast chicken dinner.

I was a regular, however a month ago my scallops
were overcooked. This never happened in the past.
I told the manager--he said he would take care of it. I did not eat the scallops, only the baked potato and he gave me a $1 off my meal.
I did not want to make a fuss. It seems all new waitress's and they are young & inexperienced and really don't care****including the male manager. I'm not a regular anymore

The other reviews are right. The food is good, the portions are big, but the staff should be taught some business etiquette. My sister-in-law ordered a sandwich with no pickle. When the food came, she told the waiter that she said she didn't want the pickle. The waiter grabs the pickle with his ungloved hands and moves it to the other side of the plate. He should not be touching someone's food. We should have left then and there.

When we were ready to leave I saw the waiter "Taking a order" from another table so I waited for him to finish before asking for my check. And I waited. And I waited. Upon eavesdropping on them I found He was just shooting the breeze with these people when we wanted to go. When I finally got my check I went to the register to pay my bill, then I found the cashier was one of the people sitting there "Shooting the breeze!".

I've been there money times and as I said, the food is good, the portions are big, but they still lost this regular. I don't like being ignored if I am the patron.

food is always good nice help pleasant manager always smiles. Owner seems pleasant too, of course i don't work for him. Sometimes you will hear a lot of yelling i the kitchen , That's not nice to hear. All in all Lek going there several times a week.

omg!!! check at the kitchen ho is making your food,is dirty place inside out.
food is good but not clean at all......
