Bad service and even worst tasting food. The bathrooms had fecal matter leaking out of toilets and smell was unbearable. Stay away.

I don't even know where to begin. The hostess looked and sounded depressed. The waitress did not seem to even want to be their. Our food was cold and took forever to get. I would not recommend this restaraunt or will ever go back.

First and last time patronizing this place. Bartender was extremely rude and got mad at us because we didn't want to wait around while she chatted with her friends instead of helping guests. I hope this place closes.

This place keeps getting worse. This use to be our go to. But past 2 visits have been disasters. From delayed reservations to mixed up orders to obnoxious and rude staff. It's like a bunch of teenagers who got fired from McDonald's or BK run this place. Also last time i got food poisoning. So that makes it our official last time going here.

Hibachi chef was uncharasmatic and rude. Our food was served undercooked and raw and I got sick. The bathrooms were dirty and smelled.

This has to be the grossest restaurant I've been to. Everything is run down, faded, torn, or just completely run down. Utensils dirty with food particles, plates dirty, etc. The food was cold and tasted off. The staff seem clueless and were complaining all night about everyone and everything.

With Raka Sakura up the rd with better food, service, and a much cleaner sanitary environment I don't know how this trashy restaraunt is even open. Had a rat or mouse scurrying around our feet at Hibachi. Totally skeevy.

I came in on a slow Sunday. The bar was empty and I had to ask to be waited on. The people here should have jumped at the chance to help as there was no else at bar. There was bar fly"s all around me which was a huge buzz kill. My order got confused with someone else's so I had to wait like 40 minutes to eat. Would not be returning.

We received disgusting dirty plates and silverwear along with bad attitudes from the hostess and waitress. We will most definetly not be returning or recommending this restaraunt to anyone. Also the fruit fly's were outta control in this place.

Worst restaraunt I've visited in awhile. Me and my girlfriends waited at bar all night for everything. Drinks to apps to dinner. Service was slow and the servers were uncaring. I would not recommend this establishment.

First of all the waitstaff is nonexistent. We spent most of the night party of 5 chasing down our bartender instead if enjoying our night out on the town. They messed up our orders twice and made us feel like it was our fault they are incompetent. Never agian with so many restaraunts nearby that are on point.

I don't know where to begin but the silverware was dirty, our drink glasses were all spotted, the food took forever to get and our waitress was clueless.

Worst hibachi we have ever been to. The portions were overpriced, small, and tasted gross. The chef was uncharamatic and rude. It took forever to get our drinks. Also the restaraunt was dirty and unclean.

This restaraunt is garbage. We came in over weekend and a 10 minute wait turned into a 1hr wait. The staff all seemed confused running around with no direction. Where was the owners? When we finally got our table our waitress was rude. The plates were dirty and food was undercooked. Asked if there could be something done and waitress scoffed at us and stormed away. Now I understand when I turn on the news food places are always closing and going out of business. This place fits the bill.

Absolutely the worst dining out experience I've had in some time. The place smelled like sewage. We sat in bar area on a slow weekday and had to keep chasing after our bartender. The staff was all hanging out in corner goofing off.

Just save your time and go up the road to Osushi or Raka. Cleaner restaraunts, better service, and higher quality if food. Itvtook nearly 20 minutes to get our drinks and the glasses were all water spotted along with our forks and knives. My friends fork still had food in it so who knows if that even got properly washed. When we brought it up the waitresses attention she rolled her eyes at us and insisted it was clean. Never going back. Disgusting.

We came in on a Fri night. Had a reservation and our table was not ready. Had to wait another 20 + minutes. I understand people don't want to work in this FJB economy but to dismiss us like it's no big deal and not try to make it up is unacceptable. Then when we finally got seated waitress was no better than someone taking orders thru McDonald's or taco bell drive thru. We ended up getting up and leaving and going to raka sakura up the rd. A much cleaner and friendlier restaraunt.

Came in on a Sat. We sat at bar for for 10 minutes before our bartender lumbered over. It was pretty quiet. Seemed more preoccupied chatting with friends throughout the night. Ended up leaving and going to Osushi up the rd. Bartenders alot friendly and restaraunt alot cleaner with friendly staff. Osushi win!¡ Kons sucks.

The wait time was forever and we were like 2 out of maybe 7 people in this place. Help was nonexistent and when we finally got our food it was cold.

I had a feeling I should have trusted the reviews this place is overpriced for quite of food. I've eaten better food from street vendors. Also help Is non existent here. Should have just gotten some Tai pei from stop&shop.

I came in at 4pm and sat at bar. My bartender kept ignoring me and I had to keep calling him to get my attention. It took an hour to finally be able to place my order. When I got my sushi it was bad. Smelled foul. I was told that's how sushi is raw. I go out atleast twice a week for sushi. There's a difference between raw and bad/ expired sushi. I ended up sure enough getting sick.

Surprised how gross the food tasted for a restaraunt on Main St EG. Also immaturity of the staff working doesn't help at all. We probably would have been better off getting taco bell and stopping at liquor store for our drinks. F this place.

Thought this would be a decent restaurant as it's on main st e.g. We ended up sitting in bar area and had to fight with bar fly's most of evening than just enjoy our night out on the town. The food tasted like it was microwaved rather than actually cooked. Bar staff dressed like they were working the corner than a restaurant. I would not recommend this place to a starving homeless person even if they were giving out free food.

Came in with a few friends on the weekend. Our bartender was rather rude. The silverware was dirty and our sushi was bad. 2 of my friends that got the salmon rolls were sick and throwing up for 2 days. Restrooms were gross and in need of updating. Don't recommend this place at all. Don't understand how this place can be in business.

Food was bland. Tasted like it came from the frozen food aisle of wallymart. Also staff to busy hanging out behind bar complaining about customers instead of actually helping them. Go to the other 2 Chinese restaurant's on main st for better food and dining experience.

Worst service experience possible. The Mgr is too busy cheating on his wife flirting with trashy bartenders than to make sure our food arrives on time and cooked properly. The bathrooms are filthy and smell and there's bugs crawling thru hibachi area wtf.

Terrible service and Mgr is a putz. More worried about flirting with the other male servers than taking care of guests. Staff is rather childish and more concerned about hanging out with their friends than taking care of of other customers. Better of at Panda Express and you will save a bunch of money and aggravation from paying to get ignored.
