User Reviews for Dairy Bar Restaurant sam posted on 03/18/2010 Rating & Review: We ate at the Dairy Bar last week and it was fantastic. The service and the food was perfect. We visited this restaurant due to their recognition in the Southern Living Magazine for the best breakfast restaurant in Richmond. The owners of the restaurant greeted our table and were very professional. What a great restaurant. I understand now why they have been in business since 1946 and we they have achieved national news.
