I didnt think the food was bad. but minimal. No tomatoes on the small salad bar. We asked for some, and got 2 slices on a plate. The service was minimal, fairly rude, with short responses, no pressnce, and never a smail, only side gazes. The manager at the register was unattentive, didnt say thank you or goodbye as we left, wasnt concerned about the customer experience. We ordered pizza which wasnt really bad, but dough a tad tough, and cheese a bit rubbery. I wont return. but the pizza wasnt really that bad, it's hard to ruin a pizza.
Other places are much better.

Two trips in one.first and last.don't understand the few good reviews. I can get the same food from the frozen section of the grocery store.

This is the worst restaurant I’ve ever eaten at. The salad bar was disgusting. The tongs were in the lettuce along with everyone’s germs. I got a plate but couldn’t eat more than a bite. My fettucine alfredo was disgusting. After a few bites and a lot of parmesan, I gave up and sent it back to the kitchen. Actually, the server just took it, so I assumed it would be comped. When the bill came, the dish hadn’t been removed. I had to request that they remove it, which they did—partially. They still charged me $4 for breadsticks (which I didn’t eat) and the salad bar. I asked to speak to the manager, who promptly came over to refuse to remove the full charge and spoke over me instead of listening. The guy was rudeness personified. Only eat here if you enjoy vastly overpaying for canned goods, foodborne illness, and nasty despicable management.
